Job Description
The Director, Real Estate Investments is responsible for overseeing the financial analysis, investment structuring and financing activities related to real estate development and investment projects across Quebec and Ontario. The role provides functional leadership to the investment team and ensures consistency, accuracy and discipline in underwriting, reporting and capital structuring practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Analysis & Oversight
- Oversee financial analysis of real estate developments, acquisitions, dispositions and various investment structures.
- Review and validate financial models prepared by the investment team to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate standards.
