We are expanding our team with a highly capable Senior Associate who will play a central role across deals, operations, and investor relations. This is an opportunity to join a fast‑scaling, entrepreneurial platform with a clear path to greater responsibility and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Execution & Diligence
- Support due diligence on active transactions (financial, commercial, operational).
- Build and refine financial models, market analyses, and investment memos.
- Screen new deal opportunities and vet independent sponsors.
- Investor Relations & Communications
- Prepare investor presentations, webinars, and thought‑leadership materials.
