An established International Law Firm is looking to hire a motivated Associate (3-5 PQE) to its high-performing Transactional & Funds group in Singapore. This practice sits at the intersection of private equity and fund structuring, offering a unique platform to manage the entire lifecycle of an investment fund.
You will be part of a cross-border team that advises some of the world’s most active institutional investors and fund managers. The work is sophisticated, often involving multiple Asian and Western jurisdictions, and requires a lawyer who can balance technical precision with commercial pragmatism.
