To keep pace with our continued growth, we are in need of an Investment Funds Lawyer , who has solid experience in investment funds and a deep understanding of Canadian securities regulations.
As a Caravel Immigration Lawyer, You will:
- Launch Canadian‑domiciled investment funds (mutual funds, ETFs) for retail and institutional markets.
- Advise on National Instruments 81‑102, 81‑106, 81‑107 compliance.
- Support product development team on new fund launches.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal counsel on asset management matters.
