Job Description
The Principal – Investments is a senior leadership role responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities across the UAE. The role requires deep exposure to building sales, broker management, strategic investment pipeline and development, and asset management .
Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities- Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities including commercial, residential, and income-generating assets.
- Identify off-market opportunities through strong broker and developer networks.
- Lead the sale of buildings and large-scale real estate assets, including pricing strategy, marketing coordination, and buyer engagement.
