1. Key Responsibilities
Investment & Project Management
- Lead and manage large-scale investment projects in real estate or industrial manufacturing from opportunity assessment, due diligence to execution and operation.
- Ensure projects meet strategic investment objectives in terms of timeline, budget, and financial performance.
Deal Advisory & Investment Evaluation
- Play a key role in advising and executing investment deals, including feasibility studies, financial analysis, valuation, risk assessment, and deal structuring.
- Support Senior Management in making strategic investment decisions.
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Build, review, and analyze financial models, project cash flows, and financial statements.
