Job Description
The Manager – SEC Yield role is accountable for end‑to‑end oversight of SEC Yield operations, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. The role combines strong accounting expertise with people leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to maintain high operational standards across daily processing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Overall Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end delivery of SEC Yield processes across assigned Clients/ funds.Support review of SEC Yields in compliance with ICI guidelines and client policy.Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure strong performance and succession readiness.Ensure daily, monthly, and ad‑hoc deliverables are completed accurately and within defined SLAs.Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues, breaks, and operational risks.
