- Document as‑is processes in detail and identify potential gaps or inefficiencies.
- Analyze processes to recommend transformation opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
- Collaborate with Investment Managers and key stakeholders to understand system requirements and workflow needs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and process documentation to serve as groundwork for the PMS implementation project.
