Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors
- Manage investor queries, updates, relationship tracking, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with founders and Investment Bankers (IBs) on fundraising strategy and execution
- Coordinate investor outreach, meetings, and communication processes
- Prepare and maintain pitch decks, investor presentations, and periodic updates
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in investor communication
- Manage data room preparation, documentation, and due diligence requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and IBs to ensure smooth diligence and transaction processes
- Track deal pipelines, investor conversations, timelines, and execution progress
- Ensure seamless coordination among founders, IBs, and investor stakeholders
