Job Description
The Officer for Investor Relations serves as a back-end support function in ensuring that the company’s financial story is communicated effectively to the investment community and shareholder engagement is meaningful and data-driven.
What You'll Do
- Supports in the accurate and compliant preparation of relevant portions of disclosure documents, which include, but are not limited, to AEV’s and AP’s: Quarterly and annual financial and operating results, Relevant M&A activity, Responses to PSE/SEC queries, if any, CFO Message in the integrated report
- Timely execution of quarterly earnings results briefings for AEV and AP with complete, accessible and accurate materials and relevant speakers.
- Helps in the preparation of IR update reports for the AEV and AP boards.
- Help coordinate meetings, roadshows, conferences, and calls with investors and analysts.
