We are seeking an experienced IOP Implementation Consultant to join a global digital transformation program in the Fashion Retail industry. You will play a key role in driving the rollout, adoption, and operational success of a collaborative enterprise platform (IOP) used across Product, Purchasing, Quality, Design, and Supply Chain teams. This is a hands-on functional implementation and user adoption role based in Istanbul, working closely with local business teams, suppliers, and international HQ teams in Spain. You will act as the bridge between business users and global product teams, ensuring that digital tools are properly understood, adopted, and embedded into day-to-day operations across multiple countries.
