Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for students via an online community forum
- Answer questions regarding course content and facilitate learning for students
- Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support
- Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and elevate issues to the Mentor Operations team
Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience or a master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Swift programming (including Protocols, Generics, and Error Handling)
- Expertise in SwiftUI for building modern, declarative user interfaces
- Knowledge of SwiftData and/or Core Data for data persistence and state management
- Experience with iOS networking, concurrency, and application authentication protocols
- Proficiency in the Xcode environment and the complete iOS application lifecycle
