WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Strong technical background in software engineering, systems, or digital platforms.
- Proven experience in roles combining technical leadership and agile coordination, such as Scrum Master in complex programmes, Delivery Lead, or Tech Lead with cross‐team coordination responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery practices in multi‐team environments.
