Device Development – Advanced Embedded Non‑Volatile Memory Technologies
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Device Development Engineer to conduct detailed characterization of NVM devices, including FeFET, cells and arrays, and to design new device test structures and methodologies.
Responsibilities- Characterize NVM devices (FeFET, cells, arrays) and interpret test data.
- Design and layout new test structures, cells, and arrays.
- Develop and improve process flows and recipes that meet performance, reliability, and defect‑free manufacturing goals.
- Establish methods and procedures for process control, inspection, and defect analysis, and recommend corrective actions based on trend analysis.
- Freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing.
- Ensure safe work practices and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
- Collaborate with other projects and assignments as needed.
