IPQC MANAGER

Edu: Dip/BE (ECE/EEE/MECH)

Exp: 15+ Year s

Job Description:

  • Execute quality objectives set by Quality Supervisor
  • Plan and assign IPQC inspection tasks to cover key production processes
  • Manage IPQC inspectors, provide training, skill assessment, and daily supervision
  • Review inspection records, track corrective actions, and escalate unresolved issues
  • Collect and analyze process defect data to identify recurring quality issues
  • Coordinate with production to modify process parameters and support improvement projects
  • Maintain and calibrate IPQC testing tools to ensure measurement accuracy
