Manage industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and resolve disputes.Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.Coordinate with unions and represent the organisation in negotiations and discussions.Monitor and manage employee performance and disciplinary actions as required.Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across the workplace.
