Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System.
- Ensure that business continuity processes align with ISO 22301 standards and other relevant frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct business impact analysis to identify the critical resources including maximum tolerable downtime, recovery time objective and recovery point objective.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the effectiveness of continuity measures.
