Overview
- Develops, updates, and maintains the QMS Manual, procedures, forms, and records.
- Leads internal audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
- Ensures all departments comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Coordinates external ISO audits and ensures audit readiness.
- Monitors process performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conducts QMS orientation and training for all employees.
- Oversees document control, record management, and standardization.
- Ensures regulatory and legal compliance related to quality and recruitment.
- Prepares QMS reports and presents performance reviews to management.
- Forecasts manpower requirements together with department managers.
- Oversees submission of mandatory reports and adherence to regulatory requirements.
