Job Description
Server Role Administration
- Administer and maintain Server 2016 and 2013, including file servers, domain servers, and application servers
- Assist in deployment and configuration of application servers
- Manage backup and recovery procedures for application and data servers
- Provide technical support to end-users for applications hosted on servers
- Ensure integration and functionality of server roles within the domain environment
Active Directory Administration
- Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user account management, creation and deletion of users
DNS and DHCP Management
- Configure and manage DNS and DHCP services
- Resolve technical support issues on-site or via remote access for hardware, software, printers (label printers and standard printers), and networking issues
Network Design and Firewall Management
