Job Description
Trustmark is seeking a motivated and curious college intern to support the development of AI-driven solutions for IT-focused case studies. This role is ideal for students who enjoy problem-solving, building solutions or proofs of concept, and exploring how emerging technologies can improve IT service delivery. The 2026 Summer Internship Program runs from June 1 to August 7.

+ Develop 1‑page case studies focused on IT use cases such as: ServiceNow (e.g., virtual AI assistant, intelligent routing), Digital forms (i-Forms), and AI models that evaluate delivery health, identify issues, and surface themes
