Job Description
We are looking for an IT Analyst – Applications & Business Support to support business applications in a post-production environment .
This role will be responsible for assisting users with system-related issues, performing initial troubleshooting, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently .
You will act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams by gathering issue details, documenting problem statements, and following up on incident resolution and enhancement requests.
In addition, you will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system enhancements, and post-production activities together with QA and Business Analyst teams .
