About the Role
The IT Analyst / Associate under IT Infrastructure Team is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's IT infrastructure and services. The role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of networks, servers, cloud platforms, and communication systems while managing IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service providers. The position also leads infrastructure assessments, capacity planning, risk management, and service delivery initiatives to support business operations and drive operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT field.
