Job Description
Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for an IT Analyst for their Charlotte, NC/ Corning, NY/Remote location. Responsibilities:
+ EDI Operations Support
+ Support day-to-day EDI operations across Client SAP ECC EDI environment
+ Monitor EDI transaction activity and help ensure reliable processing, high availability, and timely issue resolution
+ Support the IBM Sterling environment in coordination with internal IT teams, service providers, and relevant partners
+ Enter and track requests related to IBM Sterling support and services
+ Help monitor service performance, incidents, and resolution progress with vendors and support teams
+ Assist with maintenance of EDI workflows, transaction visibility, and operational documentation
+ Support adherence to EDI standards, including ANSI X12 and EDIFACT where required
