Operate as a member of the ERP and Business Application team, the daily tasks include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Business Application team to deliver technical and functional support
- Support Application/Project manager in project coordination and planning.
- Participate in all phases of testing, including preparing test cases, conducting tests, and supporting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop user manuals and assist in conducting user training sessions
- Support Group IT Project/Program Managers in managing project and service delivery activities.
- Assist to monitor and control project and program scope, cost, and timelines.
- Assist to track project and program issues, risks and milestones.
- Assist in audit activities and ensure compliance with IT policies, guidelines, and best practices.
