About the Role:
As part of the Global Markets IT APS team, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for critical trading applications used by Front Office traders across the globe. Based in Singapore, you'll work in a fast-paced environment supporting real-time systems that power trading, risk, and pricing across Fixed Income, FX, Treasury, Credit, and eCommerce platforms .
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for front-office trading applications, focusing on eCommerce systems during Asian trading hours .
- Collaborate directly with traders, marketers, client services, and IT teams to ensure application stability and performance .
