Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage in house software ORV/LMS
- Understand Basic SQL and apply DB concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency with TSQL.
- Assist with the installation of Hardware (Label Printers and scales) as required.
- Assist with User training, guidance, and support to resolve issues.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Provide Level 1 Support.
- Maintain Ticket SLA.
- Test and provide feedback on new system enhancements.
- Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
- Maintain Master Data.
- Work Stand-by afterhours and weekends.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric or NQF equivalent
- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Information Technology or related studies preferable.
- 1–3 years working experience in IT helpdesk environment.
