Overview
The role focuses on the end-to-end management and technical support of critical banking platforms, specifically Mobile App and Branch Teller Systems. The core responsibility involves ensuring the seamless operation of these applications and their various interfaced systems. This includes leading incident management and troubleshooting efforts by following established SOPs to resolve production issues efficiently.
Beyond day-to-day support, the position is deeply involved in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Key tasks include conducting feasibility studies, performing detailed user requirement analysis, and designing technical solutions that align with business needs.
