- Directly develop or oversee the development of tools to implement solutions.
- Participate in research and development of technological products.
- Lead the product roadmap: Manage the product roadmap, guiding the product from conception through design and into wide release.
- Build business cases and measure impact: Build business cases and measure the impact of product innovation with data partners.
- Work closely with product/business teams: Collaborate with product and business teams to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value or ROI.
- Understand evolving customer needs: Conduct user research to deeply understand the evolving needs of customers.
- Report to the Technical Director: Report directly to the Technical Director on product performance
