IT Assistant | 5 Days work week | central location

9am to 6pm. Junior/entry-level position, no experience required. Ideal for candidates starting their IT career.

• First level onsite and remote technical support for restaurant outlets and office users (desktops, laptops, printers, basic network, mobile devices, video systems)
• Liaise with vendors on repair matters and escalation of second level technical support
• Standby in the event of emergencies and after‑hours critical support requests
• Assist in setting up new store: supervise contractors for setup of POS, Emenu, CCTV and network
• Assist in IT assets management and monitoring
• Assist in IT administration (paperwork & documentation)
• Any other duties as assigned

• Knowledge in basic PC and networking
