We are seeking an experienced IT Assistant to join a leading Forex company based in Israel. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, assist employees with hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth operation of all internal systems. Responsibilities Provide first-line IT support to office staff and management. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Support CRM systems, trading platforms, and internal company applications. Assist with system upgrades, software deployments, and security updates. Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure.
