We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team.
This is an entry-level, on-site role focused on providing hands‐on technical support, device provisioning, and day‐to‐day IT operations for internal users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.User Support: Assist users with daily tasks and common issues in Google Workspace (sharing permissions, Drive organization, and Gmail settings).
