Role Overview
As an IT Business Analyst within CACI Information Intelligence Group (IIG), you will work with Senior Analysts and subject matter professionals to gather, validate, and document system information and needs across software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients to understand business challenges and propose solutions.
- Prioritise key objectives to understand the importance of features and advise customers where appropriate.
- Ensure customers are aware of how to use our applications, through webinars, face‑to‑face training, creation of YouTube content or updating online help materials.
- Translate business objectives into clear technical requirements with the support of the Engineering team, using AGILE methodology.
