As an
IT Business Analyst , you will play a critical role in supporting the Regional Payment System, a key platform that processes domestic payments for corporate customers across Asia. You will ensure timely delivery of high-quality system solutions by collaborating with business units, managing requirements, and supporting production incidents.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
Requirements Analysis & Definition Conduct requirements analysis and collaborate with business units to elicit and review business needs. Analyse and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including integration dependencies across systems. Monitor and manage risks and issues related to requirements and scope changes.
Testing & Validation Work with offshore test teams to translate requirements into test scenarios and cases. Validate test results to ensure fixes are correctly implemented before production rollout. Clarify test findings, classifying them as defects or change r...
