IT Business Lead APAC – Commercial Process Enablement
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Business Lead to join our APAC organization. The successful candidate will work closely with APAC Commercial teams, business stakeholders, and the global IT Delivery COE to support the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and related IT systems.
This role is focused on commercial process enablement rather than traditional finance IT support. It emphasizes end-to-end Commercial and Sales-related processes, including Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, customer service, materials management, and project/service execution, ensuring technology solutions effectively support business growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings strong ERP expertise (SAP background required), excellent business partnering skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and sustainable IT solutions. ...
