We are supporting a confidential client, a well-established IT Services / Consulting company in Switzerland - as they expand their commercial team.
Location & languages
The company is open to profiles with ~2-4 years of experience (up to 5+ depending on fit) and strong motivation to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Your Role
- Identify and approach new clients, open doors, and build long-term relationships
- Understand client needs and translate them into concrete hiring/project requirements
- Engage and qualify candidates/consultants, coordinate interviews, and support closing
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for both clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years experience ideally (open to more experienced candidates)
- Strong interest in B2B Business Development (hunter mindset, professional approach)
