As the IT Business Solutions Manager, you will guide the technological direction for key business units, including Retail Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising. Acting as a strategic partner, you will support the delivery of scalable IT solutions that enable modernization and enhance operational performance. This role blends leadership of major technology projects with responsibility for ongoing system support and operational stability. You will oversee the planning and execution of new initiatives while ensuring existing systems remain reliable, well maintained, and continuously improved.
