General Information - Job Title: IT Business System Analyst - Department: Schneider Digital / E.IT MX & CAM - Reports to: Manager or Product Owner - Location: Mexico City (Hybrid) Role Purpose - Responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing technology solutions, supporting platforms, and driving digital transformation initiatives while acting as a strategic liaison between IT and business units. Key Responsibilities - Gather and document business requirements. - Translate functional needs into technical specifications. - Support configuration, testing, and deployments. - Provide Level 2/3 support and ensure SLA compliance. - Serve as the strategic link between business units and IT. - Understand business priorities, processes and pain points. - Translate business needs into IT demand - Identify technological opportunities that drive business value.
