We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Command Centre Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our IT infrastructure and services. You will be part of a team that monitors systems, analyses & responds to alerts and incidents, and supports operational continuity across the organization. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- System Health & Monitoring – Perform health checks as per SOP, conduct post‑change health checks, attend monitoring alerts and ensure timely resolution, analyze and reduce monitoring alerts to improve efficiency.
