- Active collaboration in the Service design, technical design, consulting of Aumovio global Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control.
- Responsible of operational incident and change management (3rd level support) in area of Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control.
- Responsible of infrastructure management (configuration, maintenance, upgrade, vulnerability patching, …) for Next Generation Firewalling and Network Access Control.
- Communication and coordination of activities with external suppliers, hardware vendors and internal departments for service-related topics (Design, Provider Mgmt, Demand Mgmt., Implementation, Incidents, Changes)
- Drive Escalation and Problem Management processes with internal IT teams and external service providers.
