About the role
Our ITD Infrastructure & Operations team is looking to strengthen its workforce and is currently seeking a profile capable of managing multiple projects in parallel in a role that requires a high level of rigor and organization. You will work closely with various internal teams as well as with clients. Fluency in German and English, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Gives the best possible customer service to Colleagues
- Responsible for overall customer feedback
- Represent the interest of the users who will use project/program outputs
- Represent interest in vendor service reviews
- Drive operationally the on-site services and quality
- SPOC for Escalations including VIP
- Drive vendors through DSAT / KPIs / SLAs / XLAs review and improvement plans
