As a IT Service Delivery Analyst at Würth IT, you support the relationship between Würth IT and assigned Würth Group companies and partners. Your role focuses on learning account management fundamentals, supporting customer relationships, and contributing to the identification of improvement opportunities together with experienced account managers. You help ensure transparent communication, structured coordination, and reliable service delivery while building a solid understanding of business needs and the Würth IT service portfolio. You represent Würth IT professionally towards the business partner and support the business partner’s interests within ONE IT under guidance.
