Job Purpose:
- Establish and lead the enterprise-wide data management strategy to ensure data are treated as strategic asset to drive business value.
- Partner with stakeholders to strengthen data governance, quality, security, and availability, ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met.
- Build and manage scalable data platforms (data lake and data warehouse) to support business and regulatory reporting, analytics, digital initiatives, and innovation.
- Deliver trusted, governed, and high-quality data services across business units.
- Optimize data management investments and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and group standards.
