Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an IT Deployment Specialist to be part of our growing team for our product suite. As an IT Deployment Specialist, you are expected to deploy and maintain trial and production sites, and customize them according to the clients’ needs.
Responsibilities
New meeting site creation and maintenance using existing jobs and processes
- Customization of meeting sites according to client’s needs, in line with what the meeting application can support. Changes may include:
- Updating the site’s texts and labels
- Enabling and disabling of site features
- Updating of meeting information, logo, and banner
- Uploading of downloadable files for users
- Updating of dynamic forms
- Maintaining of internal system parameters
Attend to support cases via phone, email, or online web tools
