Responsibilities
- Provide IT operational support across the business for all IT services
- Co-ordinate the build, configuration and deployment of client hardware, profiles and applications, in both a hands-on and administrative capacity
- Maintain stock levels, asset management, licensing compliance and related documentation
- Balance priorities quickly and effectively whilst managing customer expectations
- Use a strong and broad ranging technical and customer focused background to deliver
