Job Description
Responsibilities
- Service Management:
- Oversee the delivery of digital services to users, ensuring that services meet agreed-upon quality standards.
- Monitor service performance, resolve incidents, and track service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Incident and Problem Management:
- Address and resolve issues related to digital services, including technical problems, outages, and disruptions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure quick resolution and effective root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Computer Science (IT).
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Able to commit at least 3 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
