IT Engineer (Level 3)

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an IT Engineer to develop, implement, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse IT systems supporting mission-critical operations. In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team on advanced systems analysis projects, ensuring solutions meet all performance and security requirements. You will review and test IT systems for compliance, document results, and resolve technical issues across hardware and software components, including COTS and GOTS products. This position involves recommending and integrating new technologies and processes to improve system efficiency and reliability. You will also coordinate system installations, monitor equipment functionality, and create detailed build documentation for system administrators.
