Position Overview
- Long‑term/permanent work from home
- Location: Manila or any other city in the Philippines
Responsibilities
- Handle all IT work (including firewalls, security, VPN for users both from home and office)
- Work with all teams in the global company and facilitate connectivity, access, permissions to various applications
- Collaborate with the IT director on IT projects (design, suggestions, reports via JIRA & email)
- Co‑operate with DevOps/support to solve all kinds of issues
Skills & Experience
- At least 5 years as IT staff
- Experience in 3rd‑party handling (suppliers, vendors, carrier...
