We are looking for an IT Engineer to support and strengthen a fast-paced internal technology environment. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on user support with operational improvement across endpoint management, access administration, and workplace technology. The role will focus on maintaining a predominantly Mac-based device fleet, streamlining employee lifecycle processes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable IT services.
This is a hybrid contract located in San Francisco.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the health and ongoing development of a largely Mac-based corporate environment while also supporting Windows systems used by select business teams.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement coordination, deployment preparation, shipping, returns, replacements, repair tracking, and inventory accuracy.
