We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Engineer to support our IT infrastructure and assist with day-to-day technical operations. Candidate is expected to have hands‑on experience in systems, networks, and user support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to users (hardware, software, and network issues)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Assist in setting up and maintaining networks (LAN/Wi‑Fi)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues
- Support software installations, updates, and patches
- Maintain IT documentation and inventory records
