Collaborate with clients and vendors to oversee the backend configuration of CCTV systems. Conduct NVR and basic router configurations (Huawei) as well as basic networking tasks. Set up email systems using Microsoft Apps and generate various reports. Maintain dashboards, update workflows, and track vendor productivity alongside system requisition for both software and hardware. Report directly to Operation Managers and ensure timely dissemination of information to team members. Manage high-priority cases effectively while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to enhance team performance. Requirements
